My PC doesn't recognize new DVD/CD drive - Solution!

I just bought a new LG IDE GH22NP20 internal DVD writer. Installed it as usual, and suddenly it just won't appear on my drive list. I changed the jumper (CS,MA,SL) still it doesn't work.

If it's happens to you, try this link. I did it any suddenly it worked perfectly!
